MCEnergy provides a wide array of energy services that reduce and control energy costs for Fortune 500 clients. This is done by taking advantage of the deregulated energy markets, pursuing cost-effective energy efficiency and monitoring energy usage. MCE provides services in four discrete areas: brokering of energy supply contracts including green energy; energy metering, energy usage, cost monitoring and reporting, via MCEnergy's web-based E2 Track (Energy and Environmental Track); and general consulting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and act as a resource regarding energy pricing and marketplace trends
• Update and support company database
• Monitor energy market indicators and prepare market reports
• Create and maintain Excel financial models, interpret results, explain trends and anomalies
• Manage client energy accounts and provide technical support

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years' experience in the position offered
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• A team player who works well with others
• Academic course of study in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Finance (BA or BS) preferred. An undergraduate degree in another discipline, combined with a minor in any of the above mentioned disciplines would be considered as well.
• Excellent Excel, Word, and internet research skills
• Proficiency in Outlook and familiarity with Access a plus
• Willing to learn many facets of a growing business
• Experience with an energy supplier a plus but not necessary.
